Food Pantry Manager is a set of tools which we have designed to help pantry managers and key staff make their tasks more efficient. The task of tracking information for the pantry can be overwhelming to most pantry managers, especially when that data needs to be reported to government agencies on a regular basis. Our software is a one stop source for building a flexible databse that can make these reporting issues easy and fast. Data fields include some of the following: names, addresses, number of people in household, drivers license number, food stamp status, etc. This data is essential in keeping ongoing visits to the pantry recorded accurately, once a new client is set up in the database.
The software will allow you to generate reports that are specific to your needs and because the information can be modified by clicking and dragging the order of the columns in the grid to change the report order. Columns can also be hidden for reporting giving you the ultimate control over the data.
A module is simply a piece of software that works with other pieces of software, and FoodPantryManager.org has many modules to offer! Below is a list of modules that are included upon purchase. (See pricing for details)
- Client Management: This is the most basic module of Food Pantry Manager. This module allows you to manage your visitors' information such as phone numbers, email, number in household, and other basic information. All of our other modules are built upon the Client Management module.
- Visitation Manager: The Visitation Manager module allows you to add visits to a client and track where clients have visited and when.
- Agent Schedule: This module allows you to manage the staff (names, numbers, other contact information, and more) and print out a schedule for that day. The schedule is made of an excel spreadsheet that lists the information of the staff member.
- Financial Tracking Manager: One of the most important and challenging pieces of information to track is the financial information. Our Food Pantry Software has conquered this task and made it easy to not only track but report! This is all done in our safe and secure web based software.
